We are pleased to share that PREPS will be partnering once again with William Carey University to offer a free grad class (EDU 620 - Teacher as Researcher) for those teachers who are interested in pursuing a master's degree. This course is one of the first classes needed to earn a master's degree in Elementary Education or Secondary Education.
The "VIP Teacher Academy" allows free tuition for the class and PREPS pays for the actual textbook required for the course. The course is mostly online with 3 interactive classes being held at 6:00 p.m. over the course of the winter trimester that runs from November 6 to February 13.
Please note that space is limited, and we will be using a first come, first serve approach as we determine who qualifies for the program. We also want to give a special thank you to William Carey University for all they do to help Mississippi teachers!
