Woolfolk Middle School Scholars Excel at Regional Science Fair, Advance to State Competition

On February 26, 2025, Woolfolk Middle School scholars showcased their scientific knowledge and research skills at the Regional Science Fair held at Delta State University. Competing against students from across the Delta Region, Woolfolk proudly sent eight students to represent the school, demonstrating excellence in various scientific fields.

In a remarkable achievement, ALL eight of the students have advanced to the prestigious 2025 State Science and Engineering Fair at Jackson State University, where they will present their innovative projects at the state level.

🏆Rowdy Brandenburg – 1st Place | Engineering Mechanics
Recipient of the United States Metric Association Science Fair Award for the best use of the International System of Units (SI) at the MSEF Region III Science and Engineering Fair.

🥈Alycya Harris – 2nd Place | Biomedical and Health Science

🏆Devin Gibbs – 1st Place | Animal Science
Recipient of The American Psychological Association Award for achievement in Research in Psychological Science at the MSEF Region III Science and Engineering Fair.

🏆Jerriyah Allen – 1st Place | Biomedical and Health Science

The outstanding performance of these young scholars reflects their dedication, innovation, and hard work. Advancing to the state-level competition is an incredible opportunity for them to further showcase their talents and represent Woolfolk Middle School on a larger stage.
