Science Bowl

Woolfolk Middle School had an amazing opportunity to compete for the first time in the Mississippi Regional Science Bowl, held at the Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Mississippi. This prestigious and challenging competition tests students’ knowledge in various areas of science, and our team stepped up to the challenge with confidence and determination.

In their debut appearance, the Woolfolk Middle School Dynamic Science Team competed in three intense rounds, showcasing their scientific knowledge and teamwork. They dominated the first two rounds, securing victories with impressive scores—Round One: 56-32 and Round Two: 44-8. The students fought hard in the third round but were eliminated in a tough double-elimination battle.

Although the team did not take home the championship title, we still emerged as winners. This competition put Woolfolk Middle School on the map of science competition, and if they didn’t know about us before, they do now! Our students represented our school with excellence, proving that we are a force to be reckoned with. We will "B" Successful!

This is just the beginning for Woolfolk Middle School in the world of academic competitions, and we are excited for what the future holds!
