🖥Dr. Sametra Brown will be presenting at the 86th Annual American Association for School Personnel Administrators (AASPA) in Seattle, Washington, on October 16, 2024, along with Co-Presenters Melinda Cowan and Nathaniel Dixon. AASPA’s 86th Annual Conference delivers four days of engaging content, the opportunity to encounter diverse perspectives and the ability to grow valuable connections across the industry. It is the premier conference that offers PK-12 school leaders ready-to-use solutions and research-based strategies all in a relaxed and fun environment. Dr. Brown's presentation will be "Bridging the Gap Between Recruitment and Engagement".

📚Ms. Romeka Mack and Dr. Shawana Powell have been selected to participate in the 2024-2025 Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPFP), a program of the Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL). EPFP is a nationally recognized fellowship program that engages a diverse and collaborative community of strategic leaders to promote equitable education policy. The Mississippi Education Policy Fellowship Program (MS-EPFP) site is hosted in partnership with IEL and Mississippi State University.
