The Public Service Commission of Yazoo City has issued a boil water advisory, effective on 1/18/2024 due to several main water line breaks.
Residents and businesses effected are East of Hwy 49 and Hwy 16 Junction, George Kirk Rd and Hwy 16 Junction, Enchanted Hills, Highland Dr., Ridge Rd, and Center Ridge Rd.
All customers are asked to boil their drinking water until further notice. Customers will be notified when the advisory is lifted. This notice will impact about 600 water connections.
If customers observe any water main leaks or breaks, please contact Public Service Commission of Yazoo City at 662-746-3741 option 2.
