On Monday, July 10, 2023, Dr. Adrian D Hammitte, Superintendent of Jefferson County School District, presented Dr. Earl Watkins with a check for $1,000 to continue the support for students from the Silver City Community, who were impacted by the tornado that devastated Silver City on March 24th. Great thanks and appreciation for the students, staff, and community members of Jefferson County for this demonstration of love and care!!!
